What this site keeps, and why.
This site collects only what you choose to send through its form, and uses it only to reply to you.

What you send us
When you use the form on the home page, we receive your name, your firm if you give it, your email address and your question.
With the message we also store the time it arrived, the page it was sent from, and the browser description your device sends with every request.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
You get one confirmation email with a copy of your question. After that, any email from us is a reply.
Where it is kept
Three services handle it for us. Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs. Supabase stores the messages in a database that only our server can read. Resend delivers the email.
We keep a message until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to answer you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no advertising scripts and no third-party tracking.
Your records are a separate matter
This page covers this website only. Records a firm chooses to run through the engine are handled under that firm’s own agreement with HyperKonic.
Ask us to show or delete what we hold
Write to support@hyperkonic.com from the address you used. We will send you what we hold, correct it or delete it.
